Sunday is the First Day of Advent, the season of anticipation and spiritual focus during the FOUR Sundays before Christmas Day. In our advent worship, we have selected readings from Scripture and we sing advent hymns.
CPCC also holds our annual “Advent Festival & Luncheon” on Dec. 1st, beginning at Noon. We’ll enjoy a meal & fellowship, as well as special games for kids. The hot entree is provided, and families bring a salad or dessert to share.

Also during the season of Advent, CPCC is offering a daily Advent devotional book: “Let Earth Receive Her King” by Alistair Begg (free, one for each household). The readings start on December 1st, so pick up your copy this Sunday.
