Guest Preacher May 11th

Joe Roof, an old friend and well known preacher in the Capital District, will be at CPCC this weekend while Pastor David Bissett is away visiting family. Born in Illinois, Joe earned BA and MA degrees in the Bible, and pastored in Albany for decades. Now employed in the private sector he enjoys an itinerant ministry when not attending at nearby Starpoint Church. 

On May 11th, Joe will preach on "Don’t Lose Heart" from 2nd Corinthians 4. And he will also teach the Adult Class a lesson from Psalm 31 on "Instructions For Intense Stress."
