Chasing Contentment

The CPCC Adult Sunday School Class, taught by Sr Pastor David Bissett, is currently studying:  Chasing Contentment. The biblical practice of contentment seems like a lost art. Our discontented age is characterized by impatience, overspending, grumbling, and unhappiness. But the apostle Paul said he learned to be content in any and every circumstance — and so can we!

Our studies will make use of the classic puritan work, The Rare Jewel of Christian Contentment, by Jermiah Bourroughs (availabe for purchase at the CPCC Book Nook), and a contemporary book by Eric Raymond.
