Celebrate Advent!

Advent is a season celebrating the incarnation during the four weeks prior to Christmas Day. At Sunday worship during advent, we sing traditional advent & Christmas songs and hymns, and light advent candles. It is also a wonderful season for individuals and families to have times of Advent devotions each day in their home (the church supplies an "Advent Guide" and a free book of devotional readings for each church family). CPCC holds it’s annual “Advent Festival & Luncheon” on Dec. 7th, at Noon. We’ll enjoy a hot meal, fellowship and fun (*those attending bring a salad or dessert to share). The afternoon will include a Christmas Wreath-Making time (for those who sign up on the round table so ample supplies can be organized).
